The intervention modules provided are designed to assist teachers in selecting interventions which are linked to the assessment results obtained from the assessment models.  

 

These interventions target student skills with reference to first the presence or absence of necessary target skills and keystone skills as well as the current level of skill development regarding the acquisition, fluency and generalization of these skills.  

 

The interventions described are evidenced or research based for the linked academic or behavioral concern but are not all inclusive and are simply a starting point when identifying interventions for at-risk students.  

 

Interventions found within the OTISS intervention models contain:

  • an intervention description,
  • directions for implementation,
  • intervention protocols/integrity forms,
  • some intervention materials, and
  • a video description with an example of the intervention.
